It's hard to explain what it feels like to be removed from a position defined by service to others, just because someone in power is completely anathema to public service. It eats at how you see the world.
Only 711 views on YouTube but at the 5 minute mark there is an ad for a local union. I wonder what that sheet metal union head would say about how 1) Their search process works to find their leaders vs how the NFLPA does theirs 2) what they’d think about how Howell was, and by who, made it to the final table to earn the job in 2023 and 3) how’d they’d feel if their constitution was changed to find future union leaders.
