I don’t even play golf but this is terrible. It achieves several of the Administration’s goals- grift and steal from the public while erasing Black history and identity.
It's also immediately across the river from DCA (the park was used for the plane crash investigation last winter) which means the roar of jet engines every few minutes during a backswing.
It's an incredibly bad place to build a luxury golf course if it was just empty land.

It should also be noted that East Potomac Park is slowly sinking into the Potomac River and is extremely prone to flooding.
