Kawhi Leonard seems to have a lot of different shell companies registered in with the same registered agent (Eric Feuerstein) and naming convention (KL2 XXXX). For example KL 2 Hillcrest LLC is consulting company registered to Kawhi as of 8/13/2025 probably right around when you started asking questions.
As a CPA, I see this company naming convention often with wealthy individuals, so there is no evidence of shell companies of foul play by their existance alone. But having the names to research and compare to Balmers other business' may prove valuable.
Do the endorsement contracts of Iron Man/Downey and other endorsers have the same provision as KL’s contract that they don’t have to perform if the action is against their beliefs? For this point to be important, you need to at a minimum compare to other Aspiration endorser contracts.
Oh my goodness Pablo, watching all of this groundbreaking Woodward/Bernstein reporting on YouTube is a little bit too meaty for my stoned brain.
Along with mentioning when things land on the timeline,
example: giving us exact dates
could you please lay it out like 11th grade social studies class? A real timeline on the screen and just place each one of these bits of evidence on the timeline as you break new parts of the story?
If I missed other comments similar to this, apologies, the final outcome could have big impact on payments made even if NBA does not respond. I am not an expert but bankruptcy review by courts and creditors will look into fraudulent payments to others and if they are judged to be made to people I the inter circles and or their benefactors, the courts could claw that back and distribute to real creditors so all the other creditors attorneys will be jumping on this so they can get a piece of the 28 million. If that happens and NBA covers it up, they will take a big hit in credibility. Fun stuff to watch
Brilliant investigation! I've been following this Aspiration Partners story for a while (from the carbon credits are bullshit perspective). I've just written up a post based on your podcast:
Clippers owner Steve Ballmer is Jewish. Kawhi's endorsement was for Aspiration, which was co-founded by two Jews - Andre Cherney and Joe Sandberg. Kawhi's registered agent is Eric Feuerstein. Kawhi's sports agent Mitch Frankel is Jewish.
Respect man, this kind of reporting takes guts

I know you won’t get to this posting but…I’ll post it anyway….
You know what a tautology is. It is what it is, essentially.
You and others have misstated the deal between kawhi and the fraudulent company.
You said he had to do nothing to get his $28m plus his $20m in stock. That is patently incorrect and is obvious from the four corners of the document.
Ask yourself, what was kawhi mandated to do, what is the sine qua non just hanging out in your face that everyone, including you has given no heed to?
He has to play for the clippers to get his money!! That’s the only obligation!
The four corners of the document clearly establish a pay to play for one team or no $!
Footnotes are as much of a document as the terms. They are terms.
Say it with me, the only thing that he absolutely had to do was play for the clippers.
who derived the benefit of this bargain?
A contract is invalid if he didn’t have to do anything. By definition, a contract requires offer and acceptance.
Kawhi didn’t agree to do anything but play for the clippers.
Love your work and show….

I’m confused are we still going to get sporting class episodes or did spend 7 months of their money then release this under a different “team”?
